- Once the registration Fee paid, the registration fee can’t be refundable.
- If the event is rescheduled, the registration fee will not be refundable
If the organizer cancels this event for any reason, registered participant will receive a full refund of the registration fees. No additional compensation will be provided for other costs or expenses incurred.
- The Registration Fee includes : 2 Days Event Access + Access to Exhibition Area + 2 Days High Tea + 2 Days Lunch + One Day Sightseeing + Participation Certificate.
Any costs or expenses not explicitly mentioned above, like accommodation, travel, meals, and personal expenses such as shopping, are the sole responsibility of the participant. EduSkills is not liable for any such expenses incurred by participants.
The responsibility for making and managing travel arrangements, including flights, transportation, and accommodation, lies solely with the individual participant.
In the event of any changes to the conference format, cancellation, or venue adjustments, the organizers cannot assume responsibility for any costs incurred by participants for travel or accommodation.
In the event of a travel reasons, or natural calamities preventing attendance, the registration fee will not be refunded.
All fully paid registrations are transferable to other persons from the same organization if the registered person is unable to attend the event. Transfers must be made by the registered person in writing to [email protected] . However, Registration cannot be transferred if it is intimated within 7 days of the conference.
On the day of sightseeing, Participants need to strictly follow the itinerary timing prepared by the Management.
The distribution of complementary passes is the exclusive decision of the EduSkills Management
EduSkills reserves the right to make changes to this policy without prior notice.
