Award Policy


1. ⁠ ⁠Nomination does not guarantee selection for an award. EduSkills Foundation makes no representations or assurances regarding the likelihood of receiving an award.

2. ⁠ ⁠Award nominees are required to be present for the entire duration of the event. He/She must remain at the event until all awards have been announced. Requests to receive the award before the official announcement are not permitted.

3. ⁠ ⁠EduSkills staff members are not authorized to make or commit to any award decisions. The responsibility for all award determinations rests solely with the EduSkills Management. Staff members do not have the authority to influence, approve, or guarantee awards. All decisions regarding awards are made exclusively by EduSkills Management.

4. ⁠ ⁠EduSkills does not request any form of payment or financial contribution in connection with the award process. Any claims or assertions regarding selection guarantees or payment obligations are not supported by EduSkills Foundation and will not be considered. Any such cases may be report to [email protected] for further review

5. ⁠ ⁠Attendance at EduSkills Connect does not guarantee that participants will receive an award. Participation in the event is for engagement purposes only and does not ensure or confer any entitlement to an award. All awards are determined at the sole discretion of EduSkills Management and are not assured by mere attendance.

6. ⁠ ⁠If the selected individual is not physically present at the event where the award is to be presented, the award will not be transferred or given to any other person on their behalf. The award must be received by the selected individual in person; no alternative arrangements for collection or transfer will be permitted.

7. ⁠ ⁠In the event that the awardee has reported in day-1 registration but does not respond during the award announcement, the award may be collected only at the designated backstage area of the event on the same day by himself/herself, but can’t claim to receive the same on the stage.

8. ⁠ ⁠All participants and nominees are required to be present for the entire duration of the event [i.e. 27th & 28th Sep 2024 (10 AM to 6 PM)]. Failure to attend the event in its entirety may result in disqualification from receiving any awards or recognitions.

9. ⁠ ⁠If a nominee changes their organization or affiliation during the award selection process, they will be disqualified and removed from consideration for the award. Any change in affiliation will result in immediate withdrawal from the award selection process.

10. ⁠ ⁠⁠In the case of awards designated for organizations, the organization's representative may receive the award on behalf of the organization by presenting a valid authorization letter or official email correspondence. The authorization letter or email must be duly signed or sent by a competent authority of the organization. Without such documentation, the award cannot be issued to the representative.

11. ⁠ The award selection process is conducted solely at the discretion of EduSkills Management / Jury Committee. By participating in this process, all participants acknowledge and agree that EduSkills Management has full authority to determine the award recipients. Participants further agree that they have no right or claim to challenge or contest the award decisions made by EduSkills Foundation. This waiver of claim extends to any disputes, grievances, or claims related to the selection process or the final award determination.

12.  EduSkills reserves the right to make changes to this policy without prior notice.
